課題設定による先導的人文学・社会科学研究推進事業・領域開拓プログラム「脳機能亢進の神経心理学によって推進する「共生」人文社会科学の開拓」（研究代表者・小山慎一）のキックオフミーティングが2017年12月27日に筑波大学東京キャンパス文京校舎にて開催されました。

2017年9月5日（火）に、応用脳科学コンソーシアムの応用脳科学アカデミーにて「音楽の脳科学」と題した講演を行いました。

京都女子大学で開催されたAPSCOM 6(第６回アジア・太平洋音楽認知科学協会国際大会：The 6th Conference of the Asia-Pacific Society for the Cognitive Sciences of Music, August 25-27, 2017, Kyoto)のシンポジウムで以下の発表を行いました。
